Delete your Tooyen account

Permanently remove your account and all associated data.

This action cannot be undone. Once you confirm, your account, fridge inventory, photos, and all related data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Tooyen app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap Delete My Account
  5. Confirm by typing DELETE

Option 2 — Delete here on the web

Fill in the form below. We'll email you a confirmation link to verify it's really you, then permanently delete your account.

✓ Request received. We've sent a confirmation link to your email. Click the link within 24 hours to complete the deletion. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

What gets deleted

Anonymized backups for disaster recovery may persist up to 90 days, after which they are also deleted. Aggregate analytics that contain no personal identifier are retained.
